As many of you know I regularly run the Marlow Half Marathon and this year Emily’s asked me to try and raise some money for Number 22 Community Counselling Service.

Number 22 is an amazing charity which supports the mental health of many adults and children in Maidenhead, Windsor and Slough. It is staffed by a huge number of volunteer counsellors (including Em) and they’re constantly looking for ways to fundraise to keep their work going. Anything that you can give will support young people in distress and will be hugely appreciated. Thank you. DW
