I am lucky to be a Florence Nightingale Digital Leadership Scholar this year.  I did the PARAS10 10-mile challenge with a 35lb Bergen five years ago at Colchester Barracks.  This time I'm making it a little harder by dragging a 35lb+ tyre behind me for 10 miles.  Due to Covid, it is a virtual event this year, so I'll be doing it alone too!

All donations received from the #Nightingale200for200 Challenge will go towards the Florence Nightingale White Rose Appeal, that was launched by Helena Bonham Carter on International Nurses Day and Florences birthday this year. You can do your challenge in honour of a particular nurse and dedicate a white rose to them whilst doing it.
