Hi all

As you can see I'm running the Paris Marathon on 5 April 2009. I'm running for  Help for Heroes.  Help For Heroes is a great organisation that provides practical, emotional and financial support to servicemen and women wounded in the line of duty. Whatever your polictical views on the war itself I'm sure our wounded servicemen and women will appreciate any contribution you can make that will assist in their rehabilitation
