At the turn of the century four young(!) men were thrust together to work really bloody hard (honestly) in the big smoke. Through a combination of very long hours, quick wit, talent, and a lot of crisps and alcohol we formed a bond that remains a quarter of a century later. There have been weddings, divorces and children - not necessarily in that order, and we catch-up when we can to take the p!$$ out of each other.

In 2025 we will become 'Les Vieillards', a team taking on Race the Sun Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) for children's charity Action Medical Research.

We will be setting off at sunrise to bike, hike and paddle around a challenging course in a race against the sun.

It's all in aid of children's charity, Action Medical Research. They've spent over 70 years funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.

By supporting our team you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
