The Terry Fox Run London will honour Terry Fox, the brave Canadian hero who in 1980 at the age of 21 years old ran across Canada to raise money for cancer research. All proceeds raised will go towards the Institute of Cancer Research, London, for their ongoing fight to defeat cancer.

Both David and Edwina's families have had members fight against this disease, sadly both of their aunts did not win their battles with breast cancer.
