The Connection at St Martins works at the sharp end of homelessness, providing direct service delivery to those most at need; they mostly work with rough sleepers, many of whom have been on the streets for years, and will often have complex needs. By supporting their services, you will be making a real difference at ground level to the thousands of people they see every year. From employment advice, to emergency accommodation provision, to housing and health support, they work hard to engage people on the streets, build trust and help them to access the specialist help, support and accommodation they need to move on.
