Hello everyone. I know it has been a strange 12 months or so and times have been tough, but in May I will be attempting to walk a total of one million steps to raise money for charity.

I am hoping to help 2 charities, one of which is Mind, who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

1 in 4 people will suffer some sort of mental health issues at some point in their life, so most of us will have family and friends who it
will affect, whether we are aware of it or not.

If you can spare any money at all, I would be very grateful.
