Hi, I am running the Manchester half marathon. I would love you to sponsor me for this charity. Women for Refugee Women is a small charity which supports women who are seeking refuge from persecution, including rape and other torture, to rebuild their lives and communicate their own needs and stories. They work in three main ways: to support and empower women seeking asylum; to communicate with wide audiences by telling the stories of refugee women through the media, events and arts projects; and to inform policy makers and politicians about how to build a fairer asylum process.
