I'm walking the Glasgow Kiltwalk (The Big Stroll 14.3 miles) on Sunday 30 April 2023 to raise funds for Ayrshire Cancer Support.

This amazing charity provides free cancer support to the people of Ayrshire which includes:

• emotional support
• practical help
• transport to hospital
• complimentary therapies and more

Without donations this free support wouldn't be available.

After a long time of not moving as much as I used to, I also have a personal goal to get back out walking to help my own wellbeing. I love being outdoors as it makes me feel better. Being out in nature is the best therapy for me.

Another positive is that I get to train with my sister who is walking the Kiltwalk with me. It's a great way to spend time together.

We start the walk in Clydebank and finish at Balloch on the Bonnie Banks O' Loch Lomond 🎵
