Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving Today Myself and my son Matthew Stafford did a 7km trek across Ingleton Waterfalls. All in the aid of UKeff. This very charity helps the vulnerable the honeless the hungry for all walks of life and we need to continue to support them. I can say that today was the hardest physical thing undertaken that I can remember. I started so I had to finish. We climbed 800ft and felt every step. Please support us and give kindly so the walk we did feels worth the pain we will feel tomorrow.
