This year I am running in memory of a dear family friend - Lily.  Who in the past fought her battle against breast cancer and who very recently passed of ovarian cancer.  Lily was my beautiful sister Michelle's friend, where Lily would look upon my sister not only as a friend but as a daughter.  Lily became our friend when our daughter Daisy had leukaemia where Lily would send words of encouragement and love to Daisy; through Daisy's treatment and recovery.  This year I took Daisy to visit Lily; Lily was such a brave, kind and spirited lady, who I have been privileged to have known and will never forget.
