In July I am taking part in my 1st triathlon, my 1st half marathon and my first one day 100 mile bike race in the Ride London event cycling the Olympic course from 2012, one sunday after the other.  I'm hoping by doing all 3 of these will persuade you to sponsor me to raise money for a really great charity CLIC Sargent, which helps support children with cancer.  If you want to find out more goto www.clicsargent.org.uk to see the amazing work they do.
