Thank you for visiting my 1000 Mile Year fundraising page.

I will be running 5km every day for the next year to reach a total of 1000 miles.

In doing so, I am hoping to raise at least £1000 for Almost Home Animal Rescue (NI), in memory of my best friend Dexter.  My wife is a volunteer at this animal shelter, and we both sponsor golden oldie dogs who live at the shelter permanently.  They are always in need of more funds to continue the brilliant work they do.  Check out their website or facebook page to see more of their work:
