I am doing the Ironman Copenhagen which if you are not aware is a 2.4 mile swim , 112 mile bike and a marathon at the end!n now looking at me you may think as a triathlete I make a good rugby player but I have been training hard and is something i wanted to achieve before I am 40 next year. I am hoping to complete it between 12 and 15 hours I am certainly earning your donation!
