exists to transform the life chances of children (under 5s), young people (16-24) and women, in East London communities most impacted by social and economic inequality. We deliver programmes that enable positive outcomes in education, employment and enterprise.

Why we do it

• London contains the highest proportion of people in the poorest tenth percentile nationally.
• 117,000 of 16-24 year olds are unemployed, of whom 25% are economically inactive.
• 16% of 19 year olds have not achieved a level 2 qualification (GCSE A-C) which is vital for employment.
