Hi Everyone, 

I am heading to the USA on 20th March of this year for 6 months, if all goes to plan. I've decided on attempting a thru-hike along the Appalachian Trail, which is about 2,200 miles long and runs through 14 states from Georgia in the south to Maine. 

Feel so lucky to be able to do this that I would also like to help raise some funds for the RSPCA West Hatch, near Taunton. It is a cause that I really care about and one that my lovely Mother was passionate about too. I have visited the centre and the staff work so hard to rescue and rehabilitate our local wildlife and domestic animals round Somerset and beyond.
