Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Adam Butterworth was an amazing individual whom I am proud to have called my Brother. He suffered from a rare form of cancer called epethilioid sarcoma. He fought valiantly for 3 years and never gave up. He unfortunately passed away at only 31 years old his memory lives on. St Catherines hospice cared for Adam when he was very ill and have continued to care for his family since he left us. Please help me to help them in honour of my beautiful brother.

So please dig deep and donate now.
