Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 21st of October 2013 my grandad lost his battle with cancer. At the time he was under the care of Arthur Rank hospice who provide end of life care to many. Not only were they on hand to care for my grandad but they also supported the family at this very difficult time. There are many who rely on their support and services which can only be provided through the help of donations. I would like to support them so other family's can receive the same excellent and professional service that we had so i will take on 3 challenges for Arthur rank and in memory of my grandfather. These are:

May 16th: The 10 mile star shine walk carrying a 40lb military bergan.

August 29th: The London to Cambridge challenge, tabbing the 100km (63miles) which is a fast walk with intervals of running whilst carrying a military bergan weighing 40lb. I aim to complete the event in under 20 hours.

September 5th: The 10km rough terrain obstacle course known as the wolf run.

These are all extremely tough challenges so all support would be appreciated. Please fell free to contact me on 07468577502 for any information regarding my story and the upcoming challenges and please pass this link to anyone you wish. Thank you in advance for any donations.. x
