Established in 1912 the Royal Engineers Association (REA) is the charity for the British Army’s; bridge builders, bomb disposal operators, high risk searchers, divers, geospatial and construction specialists. Collectively these men and women are known as “Sappers”.

Story

I am a Royal Engineer of 26 Engineer Regiment.

During this Pandemic I have got back in to cycling on the platform Zwift. I am going to attempt the grusom Challenge of 8848m ascent The height of Everest......throughout the whole day without sleep in memory of the brave soldiers of World War II to mark the 75th anniversary of VE day.

Any donation will be much appreciated to help soldiers of the Royal Engineers do what they do best at this challenging time.
