I am swimming 44 miles - the width of the English Channel is 22 miles, so I’m aiming to make it there and back!! 12 weeks to get the mileage in - indoor pool, outdoor pool, bath? Any body of water will do!

Each week, thousand of people in the UK experience Diabetes reliated problems including blindness from their Diabetes.

There are 4.6 million people living with Diabetes in the UK. I want to support this great cause to prevent more people living with Diabetes from potentially going blind.
