A friend and colleague, Chris Hanson, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and passed away within a Year. The rapid decline that MND caused was frightening and heart breaking for all of those close to Chris.

Chris remained incredibly strong and brave throughout her illness, as did her husband Andy and family.

I'm terrified of heights, but if I can sum up a tenth of their strength and bravery, I'll be fine!

My partner Kizzy's friend has also been diagnosed with MND, so I want to raise awareness, as well as money for this worthy cause.
