I have agreed to abstain from alcohol for 3 months - from Leicestershire Wooden Spoon's St Georges Day Bash on 11th of April through to Ladies Day at Newmarket races on 11th of July. Which for me will be tough, I will be sober on Rugby Tour, on Holiday, at the 75th Anniversary Celebrations of our trade body and at a couple of exhibitions! As a fat ex Prop Forward Runs, Swims, 4 Peaks and Cycle Rides are the equivilent of near death experiences so I have found another way of putting myself to the test for a good cause.  It's my own fault for saying the January Dryathon was a piece of cake!
