WALK, ROW, RUN or CYCLE 5K (between 31/08/17 and 30/09/17)

1) Register by donating £7 per adult entry and/or £3 per child entry

2) Download a FREE running app (strava/MapMyRun etc) or email us a picture of your treadmill walk/run or static bike if you choose to do the challenge in the gym

3) Between the dates of Thursday 31st August and Thursday 30th September Walk, Run or Cycle 5k in one session.

4) Send us your results to fundraising@deanwilson.co.uk

5) We send you a medal :-)
