I will be running the Winter Thames Meander Marathon on the 06/11/21 (first ever) for charity :) 

I work for a company called Paramount Interiors and we will be taken on many different challenges to raise as much funds as we can for charity. 

My 12 week training program started today (16/08/21) follow me on my journey (strava - Deano Pachino & insta - Dean Wootten)  and help me raise as much money as we can for the charity, *Mind, for a better mental health :) 

It’s gonna be a massive challenge for me as I’ve never ran further then 10km, But I am determined to get across the finishing line and will.
