I am running for Diane Lince and teeside hospice, Diane has been like a mother to me over the last seven years accepting me into the amazing family she has created. Diane spent six weeks in the hospice during her long battle and the nurses of the hospice themselves said they have never known a women like her, The doctors said that her family is truly remarkable showing care and love like nothing they have seen, this family was bond together by Diane and the strength we try to find is taken from the strength she has showed us.
I can't thank the nurses enough on behalf of myself and Natalie's family for creating a relaxed and loving environment for Diane and us to feel comfortable in. The hospice allowed everyone to spend day and night by Diane's side laughing, joking and creating memories, something that will stay with us all forever.
The hospice requires a huge amount of funding in order to stay open thus giving other families the opportunity we have had to say goodbye to loved ones....
