It's simple, I had a stroke, just in time for Christmas and I'm now on my journey of recovery, who'd of thought that was going to happen, just goes to show...

So my journey has me learning how to walk, talk, read and write (in fact, everything really).  Luckily I am making a rapid recovery but there is still a way to go, hopefully I will get there.

I am now a regular at my local Stroke club, their help and support is extremely valued by myself and others, so this way of saying thank you.

So please help me support the Stroke Association so they may continue to support us all.
