For years I've watched the GNR on TV and been amazed by the runners and spectators, and the atmosphere.  So I decided to set myself a challenge before I reach 40!  And raise funds for a charity that means so much to me.

I have worked at the hospice since 2003.  I love what I do and find it very rewarding being able to support people.  During the last 13 years I have seen the hospice services continue to develop and grow to meet the needs of the local community.

I am privileged to have been part of such an amazing organisation for so long.  I have met many amazing people along the way and some of them will be in my thoughts on the day.
