It's that time of year again, the streets are being pounded and my mileage is creeping up for the Brighton marathon in April!

Marie & Hannah are in training too and will also be running the mini mile on marathon day and fundraising too!

Dystonia: uncontrollable and often painful muscle spasms caused by incorrect signals from the brain. Affecting at least 70,000 people in the UK. 

Mum has spasmodic dystonia which affects her vocal chords. The support from The Dystonia Society has been a great help to mum. It is a small charity and desperately needs funding to raise awareness, provide support and help find a cure for this awful condition.
