I love a good challenge, and this is my hardest one yet! The 130km out and back trek to Everest Base Camp will take me to an elevation of 18,519 ft (5,644 m) where the temperature could dip down to -15°C with 50% less oxygen than sea level. And I really can’t wait!!!

As well as pushing myself beyond anything I’ve done before, I’m raising money for a truly brilliant cause. Brendoncare is dedicated to empowering people to live their whole lives well, through care homes, extra care housing and community clubs.
