As you may know I work for Help for Heroes, and I wanted to join in with a fundraising event for the charity, to cycle alongside those I work with and those we support. 

Therefore on the 20th and 21st of June I will be cycling 100 miles from Salisbury to Windsor as part of the team "Sloe Pedlars" ! We will be joining the official West 50 ride in Leatherhead on the 21st June and then head to Windsor together as all Hero riders join up from across the country.
