My great friends Mel and Rog lost their 13 year old son,Owen just over a year ago to sudden death.They have dealt with this devastation with humility and dignity.I am going to run the Great South Run and would like to raise money for CRY which is a charity they support and have raised loads of money toward.Please give generously-this is the one and only time I,ll ask.
