Thanks for taking the time to visit my just giving page.  

Neil and I ran a 10k in St Albans a few years ago and although I said I’d never do it again, I soon found myself wanting to better my time. I’ve done a couple of independent runs since then and now it’s time to make it official, along with my trading buddy Emma. 

If anyone would like to donate some money towards our efforts,  it would be much appreciated.  We’ll be running for the St Georges Day Charity who support all manner of good causes in the local area. 

Come along on the day to cheer us on - I’ll need something to drown out my groans as we ‘run’ up the final hill 😂
