Fristly, thanks for checking out my page. The couple of minutes spent reading this (and my hopefully persuasive words encouraging you to donate) could change lives (not to be too dramatic or anything).

I've always wanted to run the London Marathon, and if my legs hold out then 2015 will be the year. My motives aren't entirely selfish however, when choosing the charity I wished to run for there was only really one option. Throughout my school years I was privileged enough to spend a few years with one of the most amazing people I have ever known. Emily was my best friend, I'm sure she was a lot of people's best friend thoughout her life because her warmth and genuine nature literally shone from her. She was an inspiration, the way she treat people and her positive outlook to everything and everyone around her. Em's spirit lives on with so many of us and I hope to raise as much money as I can for the amazing charity that helps the families of those effected by cancer.
