This girl can! Or at least that is what I tell myself every week when I put on my trainers! I started out on the Couch to 5km programme Feb 15 when I struggled to run non stop for over 2 mins, and completed it despite the British weather! Getting totally drenched, splattered in mud and lost in Stirling was my most memorable run. Since then I even pack my trainers on every holiday. This is going to be my biggest running challenge yet (I will never be the quickest - wasn't built for speed, and getting older by the day)! However in our rural county the air ambulance plays a vital role in saving so many lives - so I am raising funds for them whilst challenging myself. Please give whatever you can. Many thanks.
