You read it right-I've dusted off my running shoes and have been pounding the streets of Manchester in preperation for the Bupa Manchester Great Run on 20th May.

After almost talking myself out of doing it a couple of times I'm putting out this fundraising request to spur me on for the big day. If you sponsor me then I have to do it-what more motivation could I ask for.
