Debbie loved her life, loved her family and her friends. She brought light to everyone who knew her, even those that met her very briefly will say she'd leave you with a smile on your face, and a feeling of warmth, if you knew her you know exactly what I mean (if you didn't, just take look at the pictures!).

Debbie was diagnosed with lung cancer in April 2011, she bravely accepted it and faced the battle with amazing courage, dignity and I might dare to say with a certain style that was so unique to Debbie and inspiring to me and others.
