Alzheimers is a cruel and devastating disease for the people and their families who are affected. Both my own dad Jim and Fraser’s dad Keith live with Alzheimer’s and are at different stages of this disease. I know that too many of my friends are going through or have also been through the same with their own family members. It really is awful  

This year I’m running the Edinburgh Half Marathon to raise awareness for Alzheimers and to support this fantastic charity who work so hard  to help those affected from day one  

I’m training and running this event with my buddies at No Knees Running Club ☺️. We’re all supporting Alzheimer’s Society and together we’ll make an impact
