Holy cow people! The beautiful people at St. Richards are allowing me undertake the Great North Run on their behalf. Not quite sure which one of us is braver but we’re going to have one hell of a journey getting there.

This amazing charity looked after my darling Papa in the last weeks of his life. I promised him I would do everything I can to support them and this feels like a pretty awesome place to start.
