I had a stroke 5 years to the day that we will walk in Scunthorpe. I couldn’t walk, couldn’t speak, couldn’t write and couldn’t use my right arm. It was scary. It was only because I have a lovely family and friends that spared me on. Thank you to everyone that has helped me. 

I see the people like me who’s at the Stroke Association in Grimsby. Some people can’t speak can you imagine not speaking? It’s awful.
