I have the privilege of helping End of life patients and their families daily within my job role. The cuddle bed is designed to allow that second person to lie beside their loved one. 

Like most I have gained extra weight [ quite a bit] during lockdown and struggling to find the motivation to lose it. So I’m setting myself this challenge to not only get back to a healthy weight but to also hopefully raise funds for something close to my heart. 

The plan is starting on 1/11/2020 I will weigh myself and it will be witnessed and made public 😮😰then ever week I will update. The goal is 3 stone by Valentine’s Day 💖 

I know times are hard so any amount you can spare will be greatly appreciated. 

Well here goes wish me luck and  my weight will be made public on Sunday.
