Snowdon by the Pyg and Miner's Tracks from Pen-y-pass · 30 August 2014

We are the national charity for anyone affected by mesothelioma. A preventable cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Your generous donations allow us to support people with mesothelioma to live better, longer and to prevent mesothelioma happening to future generations.

Story

Our dearest Dad/Grandad, Richard Lewis Morgan passed away 31st August 2009 from Mesothelioma. To mark the 5th anniversary, I will be trekking Mt Snowdon together with my 12 and 11 year old. Dad had strong welsh connections, so it felt fitting we climb a welsh mountain.

We are fundraising for Mesothelioma UK Charitable Trust - a national resource centre who provide Mesothelioma information, support, as well as improving care and treatment. Not only are we hopng to raise much needed funds, we also hope to raise awareness of Mesothelioma.
