I did it! I walked and jogged the 5K in about an hour. It was a very hot day but most of us completed the course. It was easier than walking up Catstycam.Thank you everyone, for sponsoring me,  I didn't expect it to be so much and I am really pleased with how much we have all raised for Antony Nolan.
