I am running the London Marathon for the first (and probably last) time. This is going to take a lot of hard work and dedication. I have decided to take on this massive challenge for 2 brave and beautiful girls, who, unfortunately, now need the services of Bristol Children’s hospital. 

Layla, was diagnosed with heart arrhythmia, and Ventricular Tachycardia (a very serious and life threatening heart condition), then just before Christmas was also diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. 

Eva-Lily has to visit Bristol Children’s Hospital every week as they are desperately trying to prevent her from getting a serious Kidney problem. 

The work this hospital does is incredible-please support me with this challenge and donate anything you can and help them to continue helping children in need. 

Update: as you all would have heard, the London Marathon has been postponed. I was absolutely gutted when I first heard, however, I CAN run it on the 4th October!! So all of your donations will still encourage me to carry on and will still be going to this amazing charity. I’m going to continue running, to keep me ticking over and will pick up the serious training again in the Summer. Thanks again for your support. 

New update: the big day is tomorrow! This will now be my second marathon, but first time, finally, in London!! I can’t wait for atmosphere and to finally get this done, so that I can stop training for marathons-Covid has not made this easy. 😅🏃🏻‍♀️
