In June 2023, I will be taking on one of the less flat half marathons in the UK for North Devon Hospice. This course is described as “gruelling but beautiful” as it runs along the South West Coast Path and through the North Devon AONB. I’m hoping as part of the training to lose the pounds that have been knocking about my backside since Charlie was born and if they are not lost then at least perhaps they might get a bit toned up.  The fact that the entry fee includes a cream tea at the other end is not helpful in this respect.  Please support me to raise money for local people facing the end of their lives by donating the cost of coffee or a drink, and with my employers ‘matched giving’ scheme, this will quickly add up.
