Dear family and friends thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be joining Professor Robert Winston's twelth women-only challenge to fund groundbreaking medical research work at a major research centre in London. I will be cycling 450kms over 6 days from Panama to Costa Rica and finishing in Nicaragua.

The Women for Women challenges raise funds to train women scientists and clinicians to work at the centre, empowering more women to lead in this field. They will work to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a range of devastating conditions which cause genetic diseases, miscarriage, premature birth, brain damage and cancer. I have friends and family who have been affected by all of these conditions.
