For the 3rd year in a row we will be braving the elements and roping in as many crazy people as possible to run, jog or walk 3 miles every day for the whole of December.

Why would we do this again you might ask?  Quite simply because of the amazing work that the charity Sue Ryder do and the care that they gave my Dad during the last few months of his life in 2015.  Over the past 2 years we've raised about £7000 for the charity and this year we would like to push this over the £10,000 mark.  Please join us in the run or sit back in your armchairs and just donate - either way you will be making a big difference!  Thanks so much for your continued support.
