I was born with an open valve, and suffered from Patent Ductus Arteriosus. It's something that affected me throughout my childhood and teen years.

The British Heart Foundation supported my family, and took us under their wing. Their work is incredible, so is their cause.

I was lucky enough to make a full recovery, but the sad reality is that not many do... So, in order to save more lives, and fund groundbreaking research into finding a cure for this and other respiratory/coronary illnesses, I'll be giving up chocolate for the whole of March. #DeChox.
