My dad died of heart failure in 2012. None of us knew he was at risk until it was too late, and since then I've done my best to support the BHF's research. I'm a major chocoholic and giving it up for a month will be truly difficult! But it'll be worth it both for my own health and for my continuing efforts to support a great, important cause.
