I love Chocolate! Like a lot of  people, I enjoy a chocolate digestive with my cup of tea, a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, but for the whole month of March, I will be giving up chocolate completely. This will include: drinks, biscuits, bars, even Sprinkles! Hopefully this will be a good challenge to cure my sweet addiction.

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is a charity that I want to support because I have a few family members & friends who have heart conditions. The work and research that BHF does really helps to save lives. So, on behalf of my family & friends, I am taking the Dechox 2018 challenge to raise money for The British Heart Foundation, and save the lives of people like them.
