To all our family and friends and friends of friends. As per my previous post we at Decibel are running the Cardiff 10k at the end of March. We are hoping to raise some money for The Survivors of Suicide Bereavement Charity based in Gloucester. Having experienced this sort of thing first hand and also know several people who have had to cope with dealing with this, we at Decibel think this charity would be a good cause to raise money for. I will in due course set up a fund raising page which I will post. Your generous support will be very much appreciated.
